In a slight change to Moodle navigation, when you visit the site you will see the main front page first (or most of it) rather than the log in boxes. This means you can get access to lots of general information without the need for logging in. You will still need to log into Moodle to access your courses though. 

To log into Moodle use the log in button at the top right of the menu bar.
